Challenge and Reflection: A Message of Gratitude

There are two parts to this challenge.

First, write a letter / message expressing gratitude to a person who has influenced your life in a positive way. If possible, read the letter out loud to the recipient. It's perfectly OK to mention that you are doing this as an assignment, but don't forget to emphasize that they were the person that came to mind!

This is a great start, but let's make gratitude into a habit!

Journaling, especially aspects of life we appreciate, can dramatically affect our psychology in a positive way!

Second, gratitude Journal: List three things, people, and/or experiences that you are grateful for every day for a week. Keep a record of it of a gratitude notebook.
