Challenge and Reflection: Find your Flow

Pick a Flow activity - something you enjoy actively doing, for example playing a musical instrument, drawing, playing a favorite sport, writing, etc. - even if you are not expert at it. Set aside at least 45 minutes, three times this week, to work on the activity that you are passionate about.

If you can't think of one, do something new - maybe something that you've always wanted to try!
